I was skeptical about mushroom coffee but the whole bean medium roast tastes like actual coffee, no earthy weirdness at all. It's been my 6am cup for two weeks now and the energy feels steadier than my old regular brew.

The medium roast is genuinely smooth with no bitter aftertaste, even when I brew it strong in my French press. I’ve noticed the mushroom blend doesn’t alter the flavor at all, which was my biggest worry. This is my go-to morning grind now.

The bag survived a two-week road trip in my camper and the beans stayed perfectly fresh, opened up to a smooth, balanced cup that didn’t need any sugar. I’ve been drinking a mug mid-morning and feel a steady lift that lasts, not the jittery crash I used to get.
