Sticks dissolve fast in cold water with no gritty bits left at the bottom, which I didn't expect. I keep a few in my gym bag now and toss one in my bottle before spin class.

Took a few of these on a 10-mile trail run and they dissolved in my bottle with no chalky grit left at the bottom. The clean taste is exactly what I want after a long sweat session, and each stick is small enough to pocket in my shorts without bulging.

The single-stick format is perfect for tossing in my gym bag, and it dissolves clean without any gritty residue. I grabbed one before a long run and honestly felt more steady through the final miles than when I just drink water.
