The 10g of plant-based protein actually keeps me full until lunch, which I didn't expect from an instant latte. It dissolves cleanly in hot water with no clumps, and the coffee flavor is smooth rather than bitter.

Used to feel sluggish after my morning coffee, but now I just stir a scoop of this into hot water and the mushrooms plus protein keep me full until lunch. The latte part is actually true—it’s creamy with a real coffee bite, not chalky like other protein powders I've tried.

Just hot water and it's ready in seconds, which is exactly what I need before my morning meetings. The creamy texture surprised me for a plant-based drink, and that 10g of protein makes it feel like a real meal replacement, not just a coffee.
