It’s been three weeks since I started adding this to my morning smoothie, and the prebiotics really seem to be doing their job—my digestion feels noticeably smoother. I also like that it covers vitamins D and K since those are hard to get elsewhere.
The scoop mixes in clean with no grit, which surprised me, and I’ve actually noticed my digestion feels steadier since I started taking it with breakfast. Having the calcium and B12 in there is a nice bonus since I don’t always eat the most balanced meals.
I was skeptical about greens powders tasting like lawn clippings, but this one mixes smooth and the 22 organic ingredients actually make me feel less sluggish by noon. The prebiotics have settled my stomach too, so I've stuck with it daily for three weeks now. It's become the easiest part of my morn
