มัคคาอินสแตนต์ลาเต้

I was skeptical about instant lattes actually keeping me full, but the MCTs seem to do the trick — I'm not reaching for a snack by 10am anymore. Mixes smooth with just hot water, no clumps.

The maca gives it that earthy kick I didn't expect, but the MCTs make it smooth enough to sip without any weird aftertaste. I've swapped my morning coffee for this and actually feel the energy hold past lunch.

My afternoon slump used to hit hard around 3pm, but a cup of this with some oat milk smooths it out without any jittery crash. The maca doesn’t overpower the drink, and the MCTs keep me going until dinner.
