I’ve been mixing this into my afternoon iced latte and the 70mg caffeine hits the sweet spot without the jitters. The lion’s mane is a nice touch too, I actually feel more dialed in during the 3pm slump than with my usual coffee.
The 70mg of caffeine from the matcha hits smoothly without any jitter, and the coconut water powder makes it taste way more refreshing than your typical protein shake. I mix it with cold water in the morning and the Lion's Mane gives me that calm, focused boost through my whole workday.
I was worried it would taste chalky like other protein drinks, but this mixes up smooth and the coconut water powder makes it genuinely refreshing. The lion's mane gives me that clear-headed focus without any jitters, and 10g of protein keeps me full through my afternoon slump.
