The cold brew actually tastes smooth instead of chalky, and I can feel the 140mg of caffeine kick in within 15 minutes without any jitters. That 10g of dairy protein makes it feel like a legit meal replacement for my post-gym mornings, not just a flavored coffee.
I was skeptical about a coffee powder that doubles as a protein shake, but the cold brew taste is genuinely smooth with no chalky finish. Ten grams of protein in my morning cup means I'm actually full until lunch, and the 140mg caffeine gets me through my 9am meetings without jitters.
The 140mg of caffeine hit exactly when I needed it this morning, and the creamy texture made it taste more like a treat than a workout supplement. It’s nice to get 10g of protein in without having to mix a separate shake, and it kept me full until lunch.
