The decaf process didn't strip away any of the smoothness—this is the first cup I've had that tastes as full-bodied as regular coffee. I'm actually looking forward to my morning mug again, and the medium roast hits that perfect balance without any bitter bite.

The high-altitude growing really does come through—this is one smooth cup, even decaf. I do wish the bag had a resealable zipper, but the taste keeps me coming back each morning.
