Hydrate Alkuperäinen Tikut

Tossed a couple in my gym bag before a 10k and they dissolved fast in my bottle with no chalky lumps. Water alone usually leaves me dragging by mile six, but these got me through the whole run without that heavy feeling.

These little sticks have been a game changer for my lunchtime runs—just tear one open, dump it in my water bottle, and I'm set. I love that they're portable enough to toss in my gym bag without taking up space.

The little sticks are genuinely convenient to toss in my gym bag, and I like that they're clean hydration without any weird aftertaste. Only knock is that they dissolve a bit slower than I'd like if I'm mixing in a hurry, but that's a minor thing for the portability.
