Used to feel sluggish after my morning coffee, but now I just stir a scoop of this into hot water and the mushrooms plus protein keep me full until lunch. The latte part is actually true—it’s creamy with a real coffee bite, not chalky like other protein powders I've tried.
Just hot water and it's ready in seconds, which is exactly what I need before my morning meetings. The creamy texture surprised me for a plant-based drink, and that 10g of protein makes it feel like a real meal replacement, not just a coffee.
The mushroom blend is subtle enough that it just tastes like a creamy vanilla latte, which is exactly what I need before noon. Two spoonfuls and hot water, and I've got a smooth cup that actually keeps me full until lunch.
